As per my experience of present moment can say:- Present is always made up of entire past, and it contains all future as a seed. So you are right that it can be known by transcending our physical reality. I just suggest to add in your book a section that describes what helped you in transcending physical reality.
I can say that physical reality is just a cyclic projection of mind.
