Because it is their system’s success, it is a win loose in their favour. It develops fear in weak people and keep them away from revolting against them/their belief/their system.

They do not like win – win situation practically, it is good for preaching only. This come back enhances their belief on themselves that in life win-loose is only correct proposition.
