I suggest to use the opportunity of staying at home and hand wash 4 times a day to introduce meditation in your life.
Hand-rub or hand-wash meditation.
While hand-wash is a must to safeguard us from coronavirus, let us do it not with fear but with joy and fun, and seize the opportunity to introduce meditation four times a day in our life.
Just be aware of sensation, smell or feeling of water, soap and their combined effect and movement of fingers, hand over different parts of hand and fingers and one can easily remain ‘at present’ 3–4 times a day!
Just try not to think, not to fear during these period about any past or future act etc and you may experience awareness with totality.
Witnessing or ‘seeing’ may happen, had ego less state gets coincided with it during this meditation.
