My opinion is different, may be because definition of REALITY is different for me. This is fundamental feature of Material world’s reality that Heraclitus is talking about. His purpose was to let you understand that this is the background created by God, so that you will be able to see ‘the REALITY’ of spiritual world which is constant, eternal and infinite. Only then this change can be felt 24x7. Like every child feels in a small marry-go-round. To them even that is very high speed to make them feel wow. A child is living in that spiritual reality, but it’s nature is not permanent so that one can recognise it later when one falls upon the experience of permanent one.
