In my personal opinion and r experiences till date: Spirituality means a deep trust in ‘The spirit’, that is called as Soul/Self/Consciousness/God/Truth-by Jesus. Knowing which one enters the Kingdom of God-said Jesus.

Mystics of every religion from every part of this planet got enlightened and declare it as only one. Paths may be different but peak of the mountain is only one. Rivers may be different but their ultimate destination is the ocean only, even after evaporating in desert.

That spirit is reflecting itself in all human beings. Spirituality is about a person becoming like a mirror then only he is able to get dissolved with ‘The spirit’ and it can only be known in that way.

Becoming a mirror is becoming unaffected by duality ie bad, good, respect, harassment etc.
