There are two ways to reach to the answer to this question. One through mind, that you described very well. Another one, through heart and resurfaces automatically, that we were in our childhood. In those period no boy treated himself less than a king and a girl as a queen. Then comes the adolescent age and we lose that kingdom to somehow making a living in this society around us. Society in return coverup our ‘true self’ layer upon layers like onion. Spirituality is the way to find that ‘Truth – that liberates said Jesus’, and you regain the lost empire and enter the kingdom of God as a King/queen. This happens on its own without effort. Wu-Wei-Wu said Lao Tzu.
